We had a family road trip to Georgia planned - my parents, the girls, and myself. We were going to leave Saturday morning and take a couple of days to drive to Douglas, Georgia to visit the girls' Great Gramps. On Thursday night, Great Gramps died. We made the road trip the next day and drove through the night - 25 hours in the car. The girls were covered in prayer and were amazing travelers. Ella and Emilee got to see a lot of their cousins, aunts, and uncles. We had a wonderful trip despite the change in plans. Great Gramps was an amazing man - a man of noble character, gentle spirit, and a love for the Lord.
