Four years ago, December 17, 2004, Ella Rose Herdman was born. It is amazing to see how her personality has formed. She is a perfectionist, creative, funny, and spirited. She is brilliant and is an amazing athlete at age four. I do not know where the little baby went. She is a joy.

OK, you scared me with this one... It's not like her b-day present will arrive on time or anything, since Grace just wrapped it tonight and I hope to get it in the mail tomorrow. But G is asleep and if she missed calling ER *ON* her b-day, then whatabadmommyamI! So I double-checked the database in the MBF group. It's tomorrow, right?

Happy Birthday to Ella!! We're so glad she's our friend. Getting to know all the Herdmans, especially the newly turned 4-year-old, has made our year a grand one.
